Hmmm.. For me Stage 3 has been very smooth. I was anticipating this stage as I have seen many people saying that it was a tough stage to go through...
Stage 4, day 32 (PM):
I didn't go to the gym. I had too much work on my plate and deadline is Monday. Also, I did check the workout and it was very demanding on the shoulders and I have pain in one of my shoulder. I had 2 good reasons to skip the gym yesterday.
However, there is a small anecdote relevant to SM3. I was on my way to my kids school to bring them back home. There is a small car that parked not too far away in front of me. A cute young woman did came out of the car, she did cross the street. I was looking at her a little bit as I had this weird feeling of knowing her from somewhere without being able to put my finger on who she could be exactly. While, I was lost in my mind and when she did reach my side of the street, in an unambiguous way, she did turn her head in my direction and she gave me a very nice smile.
Stage 5, day 1:
While I was awoke in my bed this morning before waking up. I did think about my favorite girl at the gym. The one that turn around me but I'm stopping myself from making a move since she comes at gym with her bf. I was thinking about different scenarios on how I could be naughty with her and I did imagine many dirty spontaneous outcomes. It was like some sort erotic dreaming except that it was more in the realm of daydreaming... That is funny. It is either Stage 5 that does make me have these thoughts or it is the strong belief in the program and my expectations that some close to magic events are about to happen since I'm starting this new stage.
