I have been on 3.3 for 2 nights now listening at night with earbuds until get new headphones as they broke recently.
I was using windows media player to have a 5 loop playlist but as the volume changes on hybrid at times im going to use vlc player from now on.
Will just set vlc to loop and have the alarm to let me know when the 5 loops are done as i will listen from 7-8 until the 5 loops are completed each night.
So far i havent noticed anything yet but maybe yesterday i was a bit more relaxed in talking to a couple of people and did get some eye contact from a lady waiting at the lift at the shops but we didnt talk. So in saying havent noticed anything could be wrong as they are a couple of things but i also noticed those changes while on break of dmsi the last 4 months as i am working on talking a bit more.
I havent had any dreams that i remember or fears coming to the surface yet like others are finding but i have woken up early considering going to bed at 2 or later and waking up around 7-8 but i then fall back to sleep for another 2-3 hours.
If i make the effort to get up when i first wake up see how i am going with energy on little sleep.
I normally do a 16 hour fasting window each day for fitness but as we need food to run dmsi properly i may need to change that. I would be eating a lot more once i reach my first fat loss target which is another 3-4 kilos away to get to a lean level aiming for 10% but if this has a bodyfat module in it i may be able to eat more and still get the results im after.
Will see what other changes happen over the next 3 days.
