Title: dmsi 3.3 journal

I have been on 3.3 for 2 nights now listening at night with earbuds until get new headphones as they broke recently.

I was using windows media player to have a 5 loop playlist but as the volume changes on hybrid at times im going to use vlc player from now on.

Will just set vlc to loop and have the alarm to let me know when the 5 loops are done as i will listen from 7-8 until the 5 loops are completed each night.

So far i havent noticed anything yet but maybe yesterday i was a bit more relaxed in talking to a couple of people and did get some eye contact from a lady waiting at the lift at the shops but we didnt talk. So in saying havent noticed anything could be wrong as they are a couple of things but i also noticed those changes while on break of dmsi the last 4 months as i am working on talking a bit more.

I havent had any dreams that i remember or fears coming to the surface yet like others are finding but i have woken up early considering going to bed at 2 or later and waking up around 7-8 but i then fall back to sleep for another 2-3 hours.

If i make the effort to get up when i first wake up see how i am going with energy on little sleep.

I normally do a 16 hour fasting window each day for fitness but as we need food to run dmsi properly i may need to change that. I would be eating a lot more once i reach my first fat loss target which is another 3-4 kilos away to get to a lean level aiming for 10% but if this has a bodyfat module in it i may be able to eat more and still get the results im after.

Will see what other changes happen over the next 3 days.

I listened to masked trickling stream last night with ear buds im going to buy a new headset today hopefully with 20khz capability without noise cancelling but unfortunately everything i seen has them so will see what i can find.

Today is first time in weeks that i am actually fapping where nothing bothered me for weeks and today first time its happened, last few days even looking at porn for 30 seconds to a minute bored me and i lost interest that was on hybrid.

Havent gone out yet will see if get any reactions at the gym from just any looks my way a bit later.

Maybe you should return to hybrid.

Thanks shannon, i could go back to hybrid, but i didnt notice any looks yesterday after 3 days still like invisible around women, no dreams or fears are coming to the surface yet.

With your upgrades it is meant to be smoother so i guess fears and things like that wont be so obvious to us consciously while being worked on?

Do you think it was because hybrid was stronger it was stopping porn interest but masked as its not as strong allowed it to come back?

The FRM v4.1 is designed to make the process as easy as possible. It may look like not much is happening.

Just adding that I don't feel like much is happening either lol. I haven't been on USLM 2 or 3, so I dunno how the previous versions of FRM felt like. But 4.1 is the first time I'm experiencing FRM. It's good to be reassured that it's doing something in the background though.

For some people who are executing, it will seem like not much is happening at the conscious level, as all the work is done subconsciously. And then when it's done, you'll either suddenly see things change or you'll look back and realize there was such a change.

I just bought some new headphones, the ones i got are sennheiser hd4.20s on the back it says frequency of 18-20,000HZ and the staff says no noise cancelling in these and no mention of it on the package.

I have now done 3 days of hybrid trickling stream using earbuds for the 5 loops while awake and 1 night of masked trickling stream, tonight will be my last night of this cycle.

I will go back to hybrid for my last night as i had more interest in talking sex with a friend and looking at porn scenes today, the sex talk is normal as they are very open but the porn interest was first time in weeks or longer that i have even looked for more than a minute and as shannon suggested maybe hybrid is better to go back to so thats what i will do.

I was at the gym with a number of women around attractive ones no eye contact no looks or any sign of interest, another thing i am hoping dmsi will work on is i had thoughts of saying hi to one lady as i walked past her before she started on the treadmill but instead still hesitated to say hi.

This is something i hope all the upgrades in dmsi will help with since its a lack of confidence to just say hi and im hoping one cycle might of got me more talkative by this weekend as i am on a cruise for 3 nights so being more social would of been good to have.

I have been told i am atleast a 7 in looks so looks wise im not bad and dmsi is meant to boost that up a bit more so its more my confidence that is holding me back so far, lets see how hybrid goes as i continue using dmsi 3.3.

Maybe these new headphones are what is needed to allow the subliminal to work for me as i cant be certain the ones ive been using have a frequency of 20000hz.

I went back to hybrid last night for 5 loops with headphones the new ones i bought with 20000hz.

One thing i do notice is after a sleep, i seem to be awake till 2-3am but then sleep till around 10 or so, so im still getting 7-8 hours sleep, but i also wake up around 6-7 but fall back to sleep or lack motivation to get up till around 10.

The other thing is morning wood is quite strong on this version, normally they suggest pine pollen for testosterone boost and other things as guys get older but last few days that hasnt been an issue which does put sexual thoughts in your head, but looking at porn after hybrid version last night no interest in it again. I could watch it but i just skip through the scene and close it and caused no reaction not that it was on for more than a minute though.

I have started to take my protein shake earlier when i wake up as dmsi needs some food to run as its calories it should still do the job as i dont normally eat till later in the day but as im on dmsi i thought i should atleast try having something small to start the day.

Heading to the gym soon see if have any looks from women after 5 days, will be heading to the pub later where a hot bar maid is and a bikini girl see if get any reactions from them and shops tomorow to see if i notice anything.

The use of bodyfat as an energy source i dont think is working as im still on reasonable low calorie diet and the scale actually is increasing slightly instead of decreasing but will give it time to see how it goes as i start a 21 day fat loss program on tuesday when i come back from my weekend away, with the aim of dropping the last 3 kilos i want to lose.

Today i went over to the pub for a little bit for a drink soft drink and some pool was meant to meet someone over there but wasnt there long.

The gym there were a couple women near the end but no eye contact or anything there.

So at the pub the bikini girl is pretty hot the bartender lady i see on weekends wasnt there today, when i first went in saw bikini girl and asked for a drink she said she would come back never did so i went to the bar and got my drink, i didnt have any interest in checking her out took a couple of quick glances but nothing more as i just played pool for a few games and left. No eye contact or anything from her and no celebrity effect or anything of that nature as she never even came back to get my order for a drink.

So far the external effects just not there yet like others are reporting after just 1-2 days of listening.

I may of felt more relaxed but i feel that way normally at the pub as i go there a bit for pool and meals.

Hopefully this weekend i will be more social as that is one of the main things i want from dmsi plus attraction but thats just not there yet.

First you have to work through the internal issues that are standing in your way of execution. I have made it easy for you to deal with at a conscious level, but that has the down side of leaving you wondering if anything is going on. Just be patient. It's in there, doing it's thing.

Hi Shannon thanks for the response, since im not noticing internal changes at a conscious level its still working just you have it made it to be as smooth as possible for us so it doesnt cause us to have ups and downs like on previous versions but its still working we just wont realise it until it becomes obvious to us? I am happy with the product just mentioning things in the thread just so over time can read back and notice changes since its hard to see minor changes in ourselves.

I do feel relaxed though maybe standing a bit taller but this is also in places im comfortable in a big test will be this weekend if i can approach and talk and socialise with people on a cruise.

Sort of like when training and getting in shape, to myself i dont see the changes but others can notice a big change, i imagine this will be similar and this is where the journal will help writting small things down that may appear like nothing but over time can see it was the start of big changes.

Thanks for the product, i am staying on hybrid for now and see how it goes.

The goal of FRM 4.1 is to significantly increase how fast it works over 3.2, how powerful it is over 3.2 and how easy it is to deal with the fear removal process over 3.2.

So what you're going to see is the results only. In the beginning, if you have a lot of fear, or a resistant personality, or both, this process may take some time. But it is in there, and it is working on the goals.

When you start having the fear removed, you will start noticing a change in levels of tension and the comfortable ability to start doing things that pertain to the goals of the program that you could not do before. Again, this is a process, and you can't go faster than 4.1 is already getting you to go. There's literally no known way to go faster right now. So when you "test" it, keep these things in mind:

1. The FRM is pointed at those things that are holding you back from achieving the goals of the program and executing the script fully. You approaching women isn't it. I would think that general socialization would be a reasonable thing to look for, but a lot of guys are so hung up on the PUA/"the man must hunt and initiate" mindset that they keep working against the goals of DMSI. You can't judge a program designed to get her to approach you by whether or not you can approach her, for example.

2. It is a process, and while your conscious mind may be completely unaware of the process going on under the hood, your conscious self needs to be patient with and understanding of the subconscious and the process of adjustment it is going through to make all this happen.

Just keep going.

Thanks shannon, yes i will keep going with dmsi planning to use it for a while as the goal of women approaching me is what appealed to me in the first place as i am not a person that naturally will chase women if they like me they can chase me which is what is the aim of dmsi i believe get them to come to us.

More about approaching women im not meaning approach and try and hook up but i mean socially talk to them and guys and be more friendly and social more relaxed type of thing. This is where self esteem and confidence as it works on subconsciously will come in.

Once im more social overall then i believe the women will be more inclined to chase.

I do think i have a resistant personality unfortunately as i dont like being told what to do it seems but i will keep using hybrid and see how it goes for me for atleast a couple cycles as the no porn interest is strong on hybrid not so much on masked.

Also one thing i notice is i can wake up quite early on 4-5 hours sleep be wide awake for 20-30 minutes then fall back to sleep for another hour.
