I think it's more in their subconscious mind and only a few are aware of their body language, at least in my country. In the book I read a lot of author says that women are much more aware of their body but in my experience they don't really body language.
So when you approach don't expect them to know that they were doing it and or them to admit that they want you. They may do the opposite. I approach a woman in a club around 3 weeks ago and she did all the body language which meant that she was very interested but when I approach her she ignored me.
The only women I met that new body language was from Australia most of the women I met knew some stuff about body language, but it's the bare minimum and the very obvious stuff.
But it might be completely different in some country.
