Day 51,

Had a good weekend with family. My voice issues are largely going away, and my skin issues are fixing themselves. I still need to be able to run without developing pains in my knees and I think I'll be moving on to my next subliminal.

Day 47,

I'm making some improvements. I was up at 5:15 am without any feelings of chemical/burnout-type tiredness. Was out for a walk soon after. Had a pretty good day and ran several errands after work. I have this new setup for my ongoing goals and it's going really well; I track them on Excel in a different way than usual.

I've been taking cold showers for the past 4 days; they've been pretty easy. After all, it is summer water.

My sex drive has not been as present, and I have less of an urge to masturbate or watch porn. Nonetheless, if a good-looking woman is nearby, I'll check her out big time.
I had a decent looking woman at BJJ chat me up after the class.
Interesting that it might be something relating to my sexuality that is being healed.

I've been making morning protein shakes with bok choy, kale, spinach, etc. I've figured out the right ratio and it's working out well. I'm told to add a small slice of a beet, but we'll see.

Skin and voice are still problems that aren't budging, and it's now my RIGHT knee that's giving me problems. However, I'm feeling better than ever.

I had knee issues I never knew I had on MHS, lol. Hope you get over them quickly.

BTW, beets actually add a sweet flavor to things, beet-lieve it or not. Hardy-har-har!

Have you noticed any brain fog with MHS? Or increased foot Intake? These two things I notice alot when I'm using the masked subliminal as well as Sharp headaches at times I just Bare those.

Day 62,

I had some brain fog today, but no other days like that.

My voice is largely back!! I'll have some moments of complete clarity (but not coordinated like I need it to), and others where it feels like my voice on allergies. But, my voice's airflow doesn't cut off at any point in my voice.

I've spent the last few weeks learning about personal finance. I went to my bank and opened a mutual fund with a simple annual fee; no loads or commissions. On Sunday, he'll show me how to use direct investing, at which point I'll look at generalized, robotized index funds (which beat the majority of managed index funds most years, based on what I've read).

My skin issues are largely gone, but still visible. Nothing that is nagging or really embarrassing.

I'm dangerously close to starting AM6 all over again. Saw some beautiful women at the bar - just having a drink at the bar with BJJ friends - but didn't actually feel motivated to go talk with them. Didn't really want to spend the time in conversations, wouldn't really want to physically bring her (the one that caught my eye) back with me. Might just have too many negative associations with trying to date.

I don't want to use DMSI because of how it saps me of motivation towards important things. Funny that I say that though, given that I wrote a book while predominantly using DMSI.
