When I was on MHS-5.5G.. I was taking Homeopathic Med (Cheap in my country). Day 15,

Skin issues have come back; I tell ya, they come back anytime I do some exercise. I jogged to the gym, did some weights, and then jogged back.

These pimples are going lower and lower; it's still along my lung region.

I don't like how I get winded after 400 meters; I had to run the mile-long path in spurts and pants.

Skin issues are back with a vengeance; in the usual spots. In the last couple days, a group of pimples appeared on my right shoulder; they aren't going away easily either.

Voice issues are still there.

Still having skin issues.
Voice issues are improving just a little bit; sometimes, it comes in, but easily goes out. Taking that easy.

No joint issues anymore; ran three consecutive songs, or 1.5 miles at 7.5 miles per day, without stopping. I was feeling tired, but not exhausted. No pain to joints, during or after.

Skin pimples are still there but not as intense.
Been getting tired at Jiu Jitsu prematurely; muscles are getting heavy.
Voice problems are ongoing. Will get voice lessons in the next couple of weeks.

I passed out after work today and unintentionally slept from 7 pm to 7 am. Even had to hit the snooze button on multiple occasions.

Woke up today, and my higher range is back, practically back to normal.

Higher range is still gone. Skin issues are still there.
What is going on?

However, I had that same general feeling with my sex drive as I did a couple of weeks ago. Was eyeing every half-way decent woman at work.
I was also doing a roll with a pretty cute skinny brown woman at Jiu Jitsu, and I started to get hard lol. I had to redirect myself; I think she noticed though.

I've basically finished my book project. I've submitted my book for print to CreateSpace, and I'm working on converting this to Kindle.

I'm going to buy theater popcorn tomorrow, and eat pizza and wings. I'll be cleaning up my diet, and other elements of my life, soon after.

Been doing things a bit differently from my usual, given that I don't have a major time-suck like this book.

I think that the effects of this program are a bit deeper than anticipated.
The last couple of weeks, I had this strange feeling behind my eyes which made me feel teary-eyed from time to time. This week, I haven't noticed this feeling at all. I've felt a fair bit clear-headed than usual.

Day 41,

I've been applying an expanding morning routine from Project Life Mastery. It's not very long, but I'm feeling better as a result.

Again, the external portions of my health aren't ostensibly better (voice and skin, primarily), but the internal feelings, and digestion, have gotten better.

I'm exercising more like an athlete; did BJJ on Monday, a run on Wednesday, BJJ on Thursday and Friday, will lift weights tomorrow. I'll start tracking the weights I lift with specific goals, specifically strength over bulk, grip strength, and conditioning.

Day 47,

I'm making some improvements. I was up at 5:15 am without any feelings of chemical/burnout-type tiredness. Was out for a walk soon after. Had a pretty good day and ran several errands after work. I have this new setup for my ongoing goals and it's going really well; I track them on Excel in a different way than usual.

I've been taking cold showers for the past 4 days; they've been pretty easy. After all, it is summer water.

My sex drive has not been as present, and I have less of an urge to masturbate or watch porn. Nonetheless, if a good-looking woman is nearby, I'll check her out big time.
I had a decent looking woman at BJJ chat me up after the class.
Interesting that it might be something relating to my sexuality that is being healed.

I've been making morning protein shakes with bok choy, kale, spinach, etc. I've figured out the right ratio and it's working out well. I'm told to add a small slice of a beet, but we'll see.

Skin and voice are still problems that aren't budging, and it's now my RIGHT knee that's giving me problems. However, I'm feeling better than ever.
