I just easily distract myself and do something else for fun or something useless that's deemed more enjoyable. My thought though is that AM5 and 6 had self discipline and control, but not LTUv6. On AM5, I was very focused on improving and sticking to my guns. Though, I improved a lot on LTUv6 too, but the person I was on AM5 was very different. I felt a determination that I desperately want back from AM7 since AM6 is too old to run.
Yeah, that's one of the reasons i suggested it. Doesn't have to be with just learning in a university setting but also just being willing to practice a certain skill, etc. Unfortunately given how the current economy is in a lot of first world countries its hard to actually have self control and self discipline. Good example the whole youtube Algorithm works off of giving you that dopamine hit which gets you to keep on looking at video after video and before you know it you wonder where the time went. On top of that I had recently read a few few studies where it was shown that the more the dopamine hit the more impulsive you get. Its part of reason why with things like youtube or games, etc you keep on wanting that "one more video/match" and start acting impulsive.
