I get the feeling that it does work on its own fairly well. Its usually when I get some sort of results, with either a girl approaching me or something, that my body gets a surge of adrenaline and I get shocked out of it. I get the sense that my ego doesn't want me to have good things.

Day 11-14

I've been approached by a quite a few barely legal 17 year old, girls a over last few days. I don't know really what to make out of it, they seem so young. I enjoyed it anyway.

Went to a supermarket yesterday, and two girls refilling the shelves kept looking over at me and giggling. I thought it was quite nice.

Besides that, nothing much else happened, other than more of IOIs. Especially from girls I would consider outside my league. Ive also noticed a massive spike in girls at the beach showing there asses to me.

I spent the last four days working really hard on quite a few different things. Ive worked well at getting some anger management and overcoming approach anxiety.

In the last two weeks, i've grown 1.5cm from 177cm to 179cm. My septum has straightened a fair bit. My golf game improved by 5 strokes. My eyesight has improved a tiny bit. These I consider a by product of feeling better about myself, surfing and going out more.

I do believe DMSI is pushing me to do more things i haven't tried before. Today I approached a few girls and a simple conversation with them. I wasn't hesitant about it.

I'm having fun with DSMI if that's what you mean by results.

I got into subs because I enjoy the knowing the motivations behind the things I do. I watched a tedxtalk ages ago by Simon Sinek that inspired me to look into psychology.

Subliminals seemed like a cool technology that could me with self improvement. I tried a 3g sub a while ago and enjoyed the results. It was called Balance your brain hemispheres. I gave myself a break from subliminals for a while after that. It wasn't until January 2017, when I looked up this site to check out what was new.

I ended up with DMSI 3,1b because it seemed the most exciting. I felt already was meeting the goals of part a last December and I thought I'd give b a crack. I thought I needed a social shakeup in my own life. I'm a fairly good looking guy, but I wasnt satisfied with the amount action I was getting with women.

The resistance I was getting in February was basically just guilt and shame. I would get results, IOIs, approached by hot women, but I avoid and run away from it. I guess because of porn plus religious roots, plus going to all boys school, I never respected sex as an action and only looked at sex in a puritanical way.

I don't have that problem as much now, but I realize that the guilt and shame are part of a bigger web of limiting beliefs in my own head.

It's really difficult to explain, but most the resistance would come from doubt about who I was and why I wasn't good enough. It was like I was trying really hard to get DSMI to work, and at the same time not getting the program to work. I'm glad I past that now.

That seems to be the prevalent mindset for a lot of people. If there's one thing I'd change about society, it's this.

Day 15-18,

I'm back at work after a good holiday. I'm going to try to still keep the self improvement thing going.

I started work again, so things have slowed down massively.

I've noticed a lot of girls hanging around my immediate around area, especially when I relaxed myself. I've been getting a lot of epoxy eyes as well.

Been surfing a fair bit. I'm a lot more relaxed on the board then I was before.

Planning to go out tonight with a mate. Should be really fun. I went out last night and some pretty wild things happened.

I've been in bed all day nursing a hangover.I went out Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week and had a wild time. I worked Monday and Tuesday, so I have had the last three days off. I havent done much during the day other than surfing a bit. Surfs been shit, but it was fun yesterday after I had a jbone with a mate down at the beach and went for surf afterwards.

I've gone out the three nights out of last four and had pretty fun time.I met various women over the last few nights. Been gambling and drinking a fair bit as well.

Last night, Thursday, I meet this Japanese chick with a huge ass. I was in the gaming room again and she was with her mum and some japanese girls. There might have two different groups, I can't really remember. All I know is I approached her and it was super unnerving because i was tripping hard. I was stoned out of my mind. I couldn't even speak properly. Hahaha. It didn't end up hurting my chances. I hooked up with her after I took her into a dark corner out of the club. Ended pretty badly as I couldn't see anything and I bailed. Took me so long to find my way home.

Meet up with a blonde on Tuesday. A bit caked up, but was fun to drink with. I had some coke, so things were pretty wild. Ended up on a beach and crashed there afterwards. I don't remember much. I woke up before sunrise and somehow made my way home.

I might go out Saturday in the city, but I'm extremely exhausted. Didn't get home this morning until 5:30 and the drugs still havent left my system.

Have been having a good time with the ladies. Hahaha I'm doing alright.

I'm having a ball at the moment. I will admit slacking off my dmsi routine.

Planning to have a bigger week than last week. Saved up on everything. A couple mates and myself are going to the cricket on Tuesday, will be fun. Going to drink like a camel and toke like a kettle.

My IoIs from women have been skyrocketing, some of the stuff that has happened to me borders on sexual harrassment. I've had sex a couple times this last week and feeling pumped. I hope you guys are doing as well.
