No. I had been running 4g Overcoming Procrastination for a few days before I switched. As you can see it died down after a few days and I figured it was because I was tired from a concert, getting sick and had been helping a friend out.
Switching to the 4g op for now. It's easier for me to run it during the day and at night, rather then trying to find 3 hours straight to to wear headphones for the day.. plus that one was really working for me. I'll try the 5.5g again once my kids are back in school and my schedule opens up again.

The 4g version you need to listen for atleast 8 hours, so thats more.
I know but I can put it in my speaker while I sleep and then run it as I can during the day rather then having to do a 3 hour block. The 5.5 has warnings about supervising kids, and my 6 yo sleeps with me right now, so setting the file as an alarm over my speaker is a no go
I'm assuming since my file was corrupt (107 Meg's rather than 400 Meg's so allot must have been missing) that I've never tried 5.5g yet. That means all the results I got in the first few days must have been from 4g. They slid off over a few days and by the time I noticed my file was corrupt I was pretty much back to my old ways.
September 3rd the kids go back to school and I'll be able you get 3 hours every day without having to stop and constantly lift one earphone off to hear what they are saying, and I'll be able to turn my wifi off so that it stops interfering with my blue tooth headphones when I'm in my workroom. Then I'll give it another go. ...
