Dreamed of my basement - represents the subconscious.  In this basement, the ceiling leaked clear water, and it got me wet.  Symbolizes cleansing.  Rearranged things to have more fun, played video games w/ friends and my son, smoked weed (which I don't do anymore IRL) - supposedly symbolizes spiritual cleansing.

Sub feels smooth and relaxed.  

Basement usually does symbolize the subconscious, but water dripping on you from the ceiling can and often does symbolize things other than "cleansing".  I would have interpreted that to mean that you are allowing yourself to start experiencing emotions that are "clear" and "pure", not murky, diseased, poisonous and/or fear-based.  It getting you wet would indicate that the emotions are being experienced, not just observed.  

I also disagree with "spiritual cleansing" for the other part.  I think it indicates that you're making changes at a subconscious level that allow you to have more fun, relax and live your life instead of "be afraid and protect yourself from whatever you fear".

In other words, the fear is far enough gone (you have outgrown it and "purified yourself of it's taint enough) that you can start living your life without it, experience yourself without it, and have some fun and relax now.
