I know the feeling you describe but it is unnecessary. Those moves are totally unpredictable so you cannot feel bad about something that you couldn't know. This is greed that is behind this emotion. Greed is a strong emotion that can blind judgement. You could have stayed in your position to increase your profit and the price could have drop by 50% in matter of minutes.
The good framing is to be happy about the nice ride you had. Not worry about where the train goes after you get out and be confident that you are going to have other nice rides in the near futures.
Absolutely right, it is greed. The tricky part for me is consolidating the positive perception of "had a good ride" with feeling it. The feeling of irritation - tied to greed - tends to persist in spite of focusing on proper perception. If I'm not vigilant, that easily spirals my thoughts back into negativity.
The coin was LYXE. I already own a fairly low position in ADA. I actually invested in it because I literally woke from a dream repeating the word CARDANO. I tend to trust my intuition, but when I don't, I pay for it. So I went ahead and invested.
At least the ethereum I received by cashing out the Lukso gained a hefty percentage, lol.
