The earlier the build generation, the more hours you can use it without requiring rest.
single stage and six stage programs are pretty much identical for use in terms of hours per day, but it is recommended that you be careful with how many hours a day you use a six stage program, because if you use it too many hours your mind will not get enough rest and eventually you'll feel mentally exhausted all the time. again, 12 hours is a good target.
