Time Use for Various Programs - TheGraduate - 05-30-2013

I have a feeling this question has already been posted, but I couldn't find it so I'll give it a shot.

What is the max hours per day that one would be advised to use a more simple program like Approach Anxiety vs the hours per day for a full 6 month program?

Are they the same? I think I had seen no more than 12 hours, but I wasn't sure if that applied to all programs.

It is best to use a program by itself for 8 to 16 hours a day. Don't use more than 21 hours a day. 12 hours a day is a good "happy medium" for most people.

The earlier the build generation, the more hours you can use it without requiring rest.

single stage and six stage programs are pretty much identical for use in terms of hours per day, but it is recommended that you be careful with how many hours a day you use a six stage program, because if you use it too many hours your mind will not get enough rest and eventually you'll feel mentally exhausted all the time. again, 12 hours is a good target.
