Daily exposure at consistent levels is best, and using it at work is not recommended.
Mainly because it's illegal to expose others to subliminals without their knowledge and consent, but also because you may get more than you bargained for if they get enough exposure to respond as more alpha, especially if they are already more dominant than you are. I have no idea how much they might be exposed, but I do know that over time, they could be exposed enough to have an effect.
