Day 29

For some reason I felt really down today it was like i had lost all the confidence I had in the previous two days dont know why. I plugged into stage 1 and listened to it for nearly 10 hours. There was a point I wanted to cry to myself because of all the lost opportunies over the last 30 plus years. Part of me was saying that these subliminals are bullshit part of me was saying that its not easy and I need to carry on after all Rome was never built in a day.

Day 30 - 32

Today listened to stage 1 for nearly 15 hours. Will move onto stage 2 tomorrow. What did I gain from stage 1.

- I feel much less of an urge to masturbate
- My urge to masturbate to porn has gone
- Possibly felt the urge to groom myself more

Hit on about five girls yesterday whilst out shopping. Gone blown out my three of them two of them made the time to chat to me even though they were in relationships.

Day 33

Listened to Stage 2 the trickling stream overnight for about 8 hours.

Got a text message from the girl I made out within 30 mins of meeting her. She said that its best she didnt see me again. I felt a sense of hurt deep down but then my logical mind told me that I came across as a player and this probably scared her away.

cool! if she texted you to say that, she wants to see you on some level, in my experience. if you disgusted her, she wouldn't reach out. not that you asked, but my response would be "hey! free at 9pm?" i've always had good results assuming that if they reach out, no matter what they say, they want to meet up.

Day 34

Continue to listen to Stage 2 (2 days into stage 2)

Nothing special to report. I hit on 5 girls today that I considered cute. Chickened out of hitting one girl with her friend in the coffee shop.

Thanks for the tip Stratos will keep this in mind for the future. The minute I got her text my knee jerk reaction was "fuck her" I deleted her number and all her text messages.

cool, i have had a few long term relationships where they would write or text me early on to say they couldn't see me anymore and we had to stop seeing each other. i would just disregard those and later that day be like "dinner at 9?" (that was in the days when i would have dinner before sex, now i don't have dinner with them until we are already sleeping together. so nowadays it would be "Meet up at 9?" or "Quick drink after 9p?") and then it became a long term relationship. they always giggled for years and constantly retell the story how i disregarded their letter when people asked the "so how did you guys meet?" question. live and learn.

Day 35

Feeling calmer woke up with alot more energy this morning. I hit on a girl on the way to work and got her number. A co worker made a sarcastic comment I replied back with an equally comment and laughed. Theres a guy I know who use to annoy me but I am gradually accepting him the way he is as I recognise hes a good guy deep down and noone is perfect.

I felt more confident in meetings this morning giving my opinion when appropriate and telling people to not interrupt me when I am talking.

Day 38 (4 days into Stage 2)

Last 3 days I have been approaching girls everyday (6 girls a day) in the street and coffee shops.

Going through phases of feeling confident then feeling not so confident. Purchased the Desire System by Dr David Tan. Been watching the lectures on vibing and connecting with women.

Its been 15 days into not having the urge to masturbate an all time record !!

Day 41

Continued to work through the Desire System by watching the online videos.

Noticed I feel less judgemental towards others. I use to get angry over little things about people. Now to a much lesser degree. Continue to chat to girls on the street everyday, even began flirting with a girl in the canteen at work today.

16 Days into Stage 2 of AMS 5.0

50 days into AMS 5.0

Feel calmer and less anger towards those who mistreated me in the past. Apart from that not noticed any other changes so far. Stage 2 doesnt seemed to have done much for me so far.

Did have a wierd dream last night where I was running away from a tornado that was destroying nearby buildings then all of a sudden I became fearless and turned to face the tornado myself and began wrestling with it.

Apart from that not noticed any other changes so far. Stage 2 doesnt seemed to have done much for me so far.

I'm going through the same thing with AM6. Stage 1 really made fantastic progress; and haven't noticed a darn thing 9 days into Stage 2. Wonder what's going on? Oh well, just keep going.
