Dee\Shannon it certainly feels that way. I had an overwhelming sensation by my old self to give this up and go back to my old ways this morning. Part of me was saying "these subliminals do not work your still the same whatever you try"
A few months ago I did purchase and download a couple of hypnotherapy audios which seemed to work after a weeks listening but then my inner demons just came back again. Even listening to them for 30 days which was the advice given by the hypnotherapist who created them.
Continue to chat with strangers and girls that I fancy. I have decided to do to at least one thing a day that I am scared of by myself starting from tommorow might help together with the subliminals.
