You're supposed to use MIR 24/7 until 3 days AFTER you think the symptoms and infection are gone. That's because otherwise, it starts coming back... just like if you don't finish a course of antibiotics. You have to kill ALL of the invaders, even when they're too weak to have obvious effects.
