I think one benefit of NG is the way you look the women, not as sexual object but as person and they feel that, especially with beautiful's women.
Also I notice one side effect... I can't spark sexual desire in her, seems that they see me only a friend, or a person that they can trust but there isn't any sexual attraction after that.
But probably I'm doing wrong something.
Also NG stopped me to watch porn, before I used to watch at least one a day or every two days for 10/20 mins.
Also I think AM6 is very powerful and really wash your brain.
Same thing for me, I don't feel any desire to watch porn since I started NG.
