Well it may not be reality, but I feel like I'm not tall enough, not strong enough, not attractive enough physically and sexually. That I'm just not that guy for them.

My best friend told me about some American he met in Thailand on Vacation, he was banging women everynight, and he was SUPER ugly apparently. Like not attractive at all. 

His personality was attractive though. 

I also know someone who was pretty ugly by conventional standards, and he banged like 100 women by grade 12.

I was 5'6ish most of my life & I went on dates with beautiful women, some many inches taller then me and 10/10.

One thing you can do to improve your looks, is go to the Gym & or exercise. Increased Muscle Mass & Testosterone is attractive. Also Dress nice.

I agree that it is hard to instill the idea of "being able to do sex" once you don't have it, I suffered this kind of mentality for years, I was thinking I never gonna able to fuck a girl, even I cant get a girlfriend because I am not that guy, I am not funny and all girl will eventually get bored because of me. I realized this idea completely false and started to get proper self-care, gym, clean clothes every time etc etc.

Because when you see a attractive girl, think about it how much time she using to get this shape?, on make up, on gym, on choosing clothes, so every human (especially women) is should his best to get some looks, I see some girls, they are not that beatiful at most 5-6s but, their presentation of themselves is very good, so they are receiving similar IOI to 7-8s.

However how long you'll let this idea occupy place in your head? Of course there are better men than you, than me, than everyone.

I was also really bad with women early in my life like in Highschool, I used to stutter around women I like & had severe anxiety. & for several years I had a terrible self mentality too, I also thought I wouldn't be able to have a GF, I didn't see myself being in a relationship. 

& you don't necessarily gotta be funny or "extra", just be yourself & be able to express your feelings when you have them, speak with your heart & not your ego. Women really like guys who are not afraid to express themselves.

The issue is when you are insecure/not strong inner game, can display lots of neediness or express your self in a really unattractive & often unhealthy way. 

So the best thing to do would be work on your inner game, the Ugly guy who has stronger inner game, can get any women I promise. 

women are attracted to men who have strong inner game. Those give off more attraction signals in my experience then looks. I've been attractive all my life, & it may have helped me get initial interest or random hook ups when drunk. 

But when I didn't have strong inner game I would lose the women very quickly, It's only when my inner game got better that my success with women got better. 

The GYM is my best recommendation to any person Man or Women, As it will help you with your inner game, & physical appearance. You will feel mentally better if you work out.

Im feeling pretty good today, finding motivation and discipline to do things. Realizing how much of being a successful adult is actually conscious effort. I think I've lived my whole life just as it came to me with mininal conscious effort.

I've been reading a book called atomic habits and it outlines how we are a product of our habits. So we idenifty the kind of person we want to be and what habits does it take to become this person. Start small and just keep improving, over time you'll get closer and closer to becoming that person you envisioned.

I know this is my e5 journal but I think I'm feeling some real TID from DMSI.

Within the last two weeks I've come across two girls who are strikingly similar to a girl who I had feelings for in the past. One of them I matched with on a dating app and we've been talking for a little bit but haven't met yet. The second one I met today randomly and my God is she a literal carbon copy for the girl that I know. Down to the voice, the laugh, the expressions, everything. I know I need to hold my frame and hold my ground before I just melt back into my old ways.

Since my break up and the end of my 5yr relationship a few months ago I really haven't felt ready to get back out there. Still felt like I had healing to do and growth to experience before I was ready. This past week I think my attitude and confidence have taken a massive step forward. Looking forward to what this sub can do.

I'm still on a break from the sub. I think I'm starting to really enjoy life and being alone. I remember this feeling I usually feel this way before I get in a relationship. It's not that the feeling means im going to get into one. It's that I usually feel this way when these things happen.

I've never had the feeling for too long since once I get into a relationship things usually change and I'm no longer single. So maybe this time around will be different. Whenever I got into a relationship I always made the other person a priority, but as we all know that doesn't really work out in the long term.

it's a nice change to feel some optimism for the future. Really looking forward to the new DMSI
