Day 13

My friends girlfriend (a 10) seems more interested in me, comes over to talk to me and stuff. Believe me, that this is extremely flattering.

So I may (MAY) have a sense of Alpha male, or more so, the absence of neediness. This is the kind of girl that can stop a man thinking. Not today though

Day 23. Suspect I;m in that minimal ground work/change to do group. Getting bored without change, but that's okay, on we go!

Day 23 or 24

Defiantly in that less ground work to do group.

So far
No changes as per the first few days of program:

Removed a lack of confidence (different that giving me confidence)
Removed depression/depressive tenancies
Removed obvious elements of neediness
Helped my stand up for myself a little
Helped with boundaries

I see to be just a little more aware of time wasting, though I am not yet so disciplined as to study etc

my eye contact is probably 'non creepy' - neediness minimized

I feel a bit friendlier

Bought new speakers for playing during sleep
Have been worried I'm not getting much exposure due to my low response/change.

Summary:


Removed absence of confidence (Wouldn't say that I am currently confident)

I don't flinch or blush when someone berates or snaps at me, so that very old conditioning that is gone. More so, un-apologetically take it on the chin (thought there is no emotional response on my part, I accept it was said and wait gracefully)

Neediness trimmed down (and I'm admittedly without proper friendships and relationships)

On to stage 2 Hoping for more, destruction of laziness and discipline and more woman

Stage 2, Day 14:

I managed to say hi to a girl yesterday, because I knew I had to over come fear, felt great the rest of the day, wanted more. Like a lion on the hunt.

So today, I asked a girl that I speak to occasionally for her phone number, got it So, you know, confidence increase from, both subliminal's and my own behavioral corrections, awesome!

Sorry all for no updates, became dis-hearten, stage 3-4 I grew much more confident, though I did start to later question myself, perhaps expecting more.

Dreams continued, some like being beaten up by a gorialla others making less sense.

I'm on stage 5 now, know I'm more confident, though i suspect I have a small "creepy" under vibe, that;s simply because I am very socially secluded. Extremely alone, so that's about me not the program, program will be overcoming that.

I have gained the courage to ask girls for their phone numbers and then dates, have not got a date yet, but progress is good.

I just bought and started listing to max learning 5.5, is this avoidance? resistance?

Must have hit large resistance half way through stage 5, I ended the program early.

I'm just now ready to go back in, Stage 1 coming up soon

Looking back I did improve a lot; posture and confidence improvements, a much deeper voice, less timidity, still a introvert lol, that's all I have to say for now.

Really try to keep going all the way through this time, it is worth it. I'm on the Stage 5 on my second run. I'm having lots of dreams, including a couple of horrible nightmares in this stage, but you have to fight through it.
