Hello,
I've used 'Sleep Magic' a half dozen times. Every single time, save for the first one, I've been able to fall asleep and wake up feeling much better.
The first time, I had accidently left my subliminals running, and I was probably skeptical or simply not used to it.
A couple of tips for people who want to use Sleep Magic:
i) Don't run this with other subliminals
ii) Turn off the 'Repeat' or 'Loop' feature off of your player, or you may wake up later than intended
iii) Set an uplifting song next on the playlist after the track finishes; I use "Can't Wait to be King" by Lion King
When I have a spare hour, and want to be more alert and positive, I'll use this track (the track is, in reality, 45 minutes).
Great track! I'm considering using 'HyperSleep', which might be affected in the fact that I'll be using 5G subs soon enough. I wonder if I can run Hypersleep and then sleep regularly for an additional 2-4 hours..
