Okey, behaviour is level 2 (level 1 is environment), level 3 capabilities, level 4 beliefs, level 5 identity. The level is mission or "something more". That exactly the level for intervention to occure. Before that - just actions are useless. Iv done Personal Power 30 days program 3 times before I understood that just actions is a waste of time. We must go higher.
