What exactly are the auric shields?

Are they standalones or do they go into other subs as an addition?

The auric shields are going to be stand alone programs designed to create one of several different types of auric shields, which was once the domain of only those who had special knowledge and practice in energy manipulation.  The auric shield that is included in other programs will always be the non-directional reflection shield.  That will be available as a stand alone, too, but we will also have other types of auric shields in the stand alone.  One that will return the energy to its sender, so they get whatever they were trying to give to (or do to) you, for example.  One that will allow you to absorb and transform negative energy and transform it into positive, useful energy that you can use to power your goals.  And so on.

It is entirely possible that the resistance needs to be overwhelmed by using this program enough.  I can still feel the effects of resistance (like the backache, which has passed) but the resistance does not affect the execution.  It's more now like signs of tension because it is executing anyway.  I don't know yet.

I "Inadvertently" Played UMS last night,,once and then it ran into overr time,I'd slightly fallen asleep and the loop setting was  'on'and had started back into UMS about 10 minutes,I decided that I'd go ahead with a second loop back to back,because I felt like My subconscious had me 'head in that direction',I believe to help me push thru some of this stuff. I AM definitely feeling the fatigue of this but not to the point where I cant function,nor am I extremely irritable or the like. I'd like to get the usage down to 3 days on and 3 days off,but Im no where near that right now and am definitely NOT going to push the river....The Mague Engine 2.0 and The fear Remover 4.6 are some definte movers and shakers,when it comes to power and pushing past resistance.

After experiencing the magnitude that is UMS, 5 loops seemed to be overkill, therefore I was like "really?" Im gonna do it tho. Its like the craving and desire for 5 loops outrules the potential headache coming from such input.  Tension around neck and head aswell as upper back have been present to me aswell.

Brother, honestly, I never sticked to the 1x1 7x0 shedule. I ran it when I felt it needed, also when certain beliefs started to surface. Im lots in a state of abundance, euphoria and blissfull bathing in wealth. FRM & M.E 2.0 are next level. Its revealing things at this very fucking moment, glorious.

So are you now recommending 8 loops, 2 loops, or 3 loops as the best option ? Would this be just for you or for everyone else ? Have your rest days changed ?

I have been running UMS for the past month. The past 3 weeks I have done 3x1 5x0. I am not certain this is the best option for me. When I ran 2 loops a few weeks ago, it did produce some fatigue. Perhaps I have now built up enough usage so I can benefit from more loops. I am also beginning to feel that maybe 5 days off is too much.

I have not seen any monetary/lucky results from this sub yet. I did have one dream that was definitely related to digging up stuff from the past and throwing it out.

Also, I posted the below question to you on your discussion journal and you never responded, but Benjamin did. Any thoughts on this ? Thanks.

I get the impression from using both that little earbuds are of inferior quality compared to proper headphones. I don't know if it's just that I got cheap earbuds for the gym in the past and on my pc I use good quality headphones.

So maybe others can comment if they've tried both.

I was not using cheap earbuds, I was using high quality Sony earbuds. They come with 3 different sizes of silicone caps. Originally, I was going by what felt most comfortable to me because I usually play my loop (or in the past on USLM....loops) at bedtime and fall asleep while it's playing. I am not sure why I decided to see what the different sizes of caps felt like, but I compared them using music I love and always listen to. I was amazed at the difference in the sound quality with the different silicone cap sizes !

So as an experiment last night, I used a set of high quality over-the-ear (proper) headphones to listen to my loop of UMS. I wasn't sure if I would be able to fall asleep with the headphones on, so I played my loop before I went to bed. I used the same sound setting and volume on my player, which is a good high quality Cowon Plenue.

Thank you Ben for your reply and suggestion (?) to try proper headphones. Within a few minutes of listening to my loop, I got the "morphine drip/euphoria" that others have spoken of. I felt like I was high from weed, but without the distortion in my perception. OMG.....what an amazing feeling ! My body felt extremely sensitive to touch and I got super horny and turned on. So of course, I had to have an orgasm. Afterwards, I ate a cup of blueberry yogurt that tasted better than I remember and I stayed in this "pleasure zone" for the rest of the loop. I slept really well and had multiple dreams. Wow...........

Was this a dopamine rush and/or an opening of the root chakra ?? I know that the root chakra is connected to money. Whatever it was working on felt better than anything I have felt with my past sub usage.

I am doing the 3x1 and 5x0 listening schedule and last night was day 3 of listening. I cannot wait to experience my next loop on Monday of next week using the proper headphones. Thanks Ben..........something different definitely happened.

got chat. and I respect that. 2 loops back to back are simply just too much for me to handle on a regular basis...so Ill continue to run 1 loop for 3 days and then at least 4 days off.still finding a 'good fit' for Me.

I believe that in this case, back pain (pain from hypertension of the muscles of the back, to be specific) results from my subconscious facing its fears regardless of any and all efforts to avoid that.
