You ask that as if there was a day when I located a switch and flipped it, and suddenly I loved myself and I was happy and comfortable in my skin. That's not how it went. It was a long progression of small steps that led from one to the next. You're going to be on a staircase with a lot of steps on it, and each step is small by itself, but leads you ever forward. How long it takes depends on how you do it; it took me a lot longer than it will probably take you, since the subliminals I was using were a lot less powerful back when I started.
I used various subliminals of my own making, and I also had life throw some poop in my face a few times, which forced me to grow. You have amazing subliminals like LTU5 now. When I got started, LTU v1 didn't even exist.
So set your end goal and find a way to take small steps forward. Then take those steps. Subliminals can help, but in the end, the results are going to depend on your personal choices and actions.
Shannon, Did you put an assertive module in LTU5? I bought it for myself as a birthday gift. I been noticing I been speaking what on my mind and not putting up with crap. All in one night use.
LTU5 tells you what's in it on the description page. The things that it does that aren't on that page are a result of the interactions of the things that are on that page.
You should start your own thread/journal.
