I do not think all conscious thought floats up through the subconscious, but I'm no expert. I think habitual thoughts float up through the subconscious, but they get there in the first place from conscious thought.

I would say when it comes to change, the subconscious is your arch nemesis. It doesn't want change, it wants comfort and familiarity, survival, and reproduction. It wants the easiest path, and it likes it when we consciously trick it, like if we jack off and bust a nut our subconscious LOVES that because it thinks we just reproduced with a female. When it comes to change, the subconscious is not your friend and is not on your side, even though it is you, it doesn't care about your conscious wants and needs. Example, if you want lots of sex with gorgeous women, the subconscious doesn't care at all and will not help you because it's perfectly happy with you jacking off. It can't tell the difference so it doesn't care. The subconscious isn't for you or against you, which is why these subs are bomb because trying to change the subconscious is like impossible, you have to have a very strong will and extreme determination to have massive change in life because the subconscious is not your friend for change. At least that's how I see it.

How true,thats why I mentioned earlier that it gets kind of complicated, The subconscious mind is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions. Your breathing rate and heart beats are controlled by your subconscious mind.
If you started to control your breath on intention then know that your conscious mind took charge while if you were breathing without being conscious of the breathing process then know that your subconscious mind is in charge.

Your emotions are also controlled by your subconscious mind. That's why you sometimes might feel afraid, anxious or down without wanting to experience such a feeling.
Now getting subconscious and subconscious working together is the ticket!

Yes I agree, I think that's why it says in the bi*le when 2 or more agree anything is possible. I think it's saying when the conscious and subconscious agree and not actually 2 different people. Not trying to bring up religion or anything like that but you saying conscious and subconscious working together is the ticket just made me think it's worth mentioning.

I do wonder how is it going with the store website as far as updated products being added,i know Shannon said it all takes time with Of 5G, Eprha 2.0 and a couple others, I'm waiting,it,s plain to see they work,just use the free ones first if there's any doubt,I know we use them one at a time but somehow I like to have them on my computer for use for later when the time comes.
When I find something that works,I stick to them.

Girls-related and sex-related fears.

I've noticed that even though there appears to be a lot of progress in other areas of guy's lives by using this program, girls and sex directly doesn't seem to have a lot of growth. I'm wondering why this is, if guys are supposedly fearful of girls and sex. If they truly have a fear of girls and sex and that's why they aren't getting the results they want, then why hasn't OF made an impact in that area of their lives?

My suggestion, there needs to be a targeted focus in there dealing with fears of those you're attracted to, opening up to them, having sex with them. For some reason, these fears seem to be able to keep progress from occurring with them even during long runs of OF 4G. I feel this added change will handle it and vastly improve the program.

EHPRA will have OGSF in it. OGSF is going to be upgraded for this script. It will deal with fear, which is what anxiety is the expression of. OF is a direct approach, which may trigger the very fear it is trying to dissolve (at least the current version of OF). That means it takes a while to work for some people. The solution is to use it longer. Dealing with anxiety would be redundant in EHPRA.

While creating OF 5g, could you add in anxiety destruction, Shannon? I read in another thread that OF doesn't clear anxiety.

Why would I do that when anxiety is an outgrowth and expression of... fear!

OF can clear anxiety when it is used for long enough, but sometimes a direct approach makes it take longer than an indirect approach.

Also, don't assume that the experiences of one person are true for everyone.

Overcoming fear is targeted at fear. All fear. That includes all of the things you can come up with to specifically target. All at once. Based on my experiences, I would say the issue is that the program is not being used for long enough.

The emotions are not entirely controlled by the subconscious mind. They're influenced, sometimes quite heavily, by the conscious mind. But the subconscious appears to be the seat of the emotional side of a person.

Justin, your beliefs about the subconscious are scarily inaccurate.

Your subconscious mind is not "them" versus the conscious "you". It is a part of a range of awareness you have, which is still YOU.

It is not your arch nemesis. Thinking like that will cause you issues for sure. Just because your left hand is not doing what your right hand is doing does not mean you should cut off your left hand.

While the subconscious does attempt to maintain homeostasis, it is you - not someone or something else. It is you. Not your enemy.

It doesn't want change, it wants comfort and familiarity, survival, and reproduction.

The subconscious wants different things depending on which part and what level we are talking about. The part and level you are referring to wants to run what programs it has auto-generated and keep them in place in most cases, but not always. It does not concern itself with reproduction. That is a deeper and more instinctual level of awareness.

It wants the easiest path, and it likes it when we consciously trick it, like if we jack off and bust a nut our subconscious LOVES that because it thinks we just reproduced with a female.

It wants to execute the script it has created based on what it understands to be true according to what we have previously experienced. If you jack off and bust a nut, your subconscious is fully aware that you jacked off. It does not love that unless that is what the program it believes is what you want to be true consciously has that as an instruction. Even then, it is impassionate: it is just doing what it believes to be true (we should do X). It is not simple or stupid, as you seem to believe. It is capable of comprehension and feats of multitasking and awareness that your conscious mind cannot comprehend. If we were to compare the conscious and subconscious to an iceberg, it would be grossly inaccurate to say that the 10% above the surface equates to the conscious mind. After all I have seen and experienced in my research and experimentation, I would say that a more accurate representation would be to say that if the iceberg were 500 feet from tip to bottom, perhaps the centimeter, or even the milimeter at the tip of the tip was accurately representative of the "conscious" awareness in comparison to the subconscious awareness. The "conscious" mind is barely a thimble in an ocean it cannot see.

Again, scarily inaccurate. When it comes to change, your subconscious is your best ally! Without it's cooperation, there is no change. You just have to understand how to approach it and get it to cooperate. That's what's been so challenging for me for so long, and that's the primary goal of 6G build format. Your subconscious is your friend, but it is your friend who is so totally loyal that it executes what it believes to be true unthinkingly (from a "conscious" point of view) because it cannot discern between fantasy and reality. It cares about doing what it believes YOU want it to do, and in that is only doing it's best to please you, as it understands what is true and what you want and are most pleased by. You have to change that understanding, not attack it, not fight it, not distrust it. When it understands what you want, and accepts it, it is what powers that change.

If the conscious awareness wants lots of sex with what it deems to be gorgeous women, the subconscious mind notes that and then faithfully executes whatever programming it has accumulated previously, which it believes is what you want of it. It will help or hinder the conscious mind to whatever degree the desires of the conscious agree with or conflict with that programming. It is not in the least concerned with sex; it is in fact asexual, which is why I have so much trouble making the script only affect one gender. If you jack off or have sex is of no cncern to the subconscious; what it cares about is, "Are we executing the program we have to execute?" If that program includes "fuck stunning women all day long", then that is what it will make happen. If on the other hand, it includes "fear sex because of Threats A, B and C" or "fear beautiful women because of threats A, B and C" then it will happily make that programming a reality also.

The subconscious isn't for you or against you,

On the contrary, it is always for you. It is just very literal, and has no comprehension of what the program it believes to be your desires will do for you in terms of being good for you. That's why you have a conscious; it acts as a gatekeeper in part to filter out bad subconscious programming instructions from being accumulated. It of course is not perfect; but the subconscious has limits just as the conscious mind does. One of those limits is its inability to discern what is good for you vs what is not. It will happily execute ANY program it believes you want it to execute and which it has accepted as being true. Even self destructive ones, like what leads people to be morbidly obese, smoke, drink too much, do drugs, etc.

The function of the subconscious is in part to handle everything the conscious mind cannot so that the two form a survival team that is effective. The conscious mind is gifted in the forms of thinking and awareness that the subconscious is not, and vice versa. The subconscious is trying to execute a set of instructions that it has accepted as true, and therefore that it believes make you happy and keep you safe. It's not supposed to be changing in the wind.
