Regardless of how similar the script is in the end for the 5G versions of OF and OGSF, the best option depends on the desired goal and the specifics of the individual. In most cases, my opinion is that OGSF will be the better of the two because it deals with all three simultaneously; but, because there is less focus, this process will take longer for each of the three targets. If guilt or shame are not a serious concern for you, or are not a concern right now, then OF 5G would provide the advantage of focus and thus increased obviousness (since apparently "obviation" is too advanced a word for modern English dictionaries) and speed of results.

I suggested OGSF because in all cases I have studied, the three together, guilt/shame/fear have been present and to some degree inter-supportive and inter-affective.

I'm very sure that I "FEAR" things. Not really sure about "guilt" or "shame". Should I just run OGSF 5G since I'll be listening to it for 3 to 6 months?

Sounds like you are really positive that all fear has some issues of guilt or shame associated with it.

On the contrary, I am really positive that everyone has guilt, shame and fear to deal with. The guilt and shame may or may not be tied in with the fear. If the fear is a bigger issue, then focus on that. For a better overall clear-out, deal with all three at once.
