First 2 i was on holiday so I listened to ultrasonic on speakers. 3rd day had just got home so I threw on hybrid trickling stream over speakers. Haven't noticed much or anything thus far.
Last night I went to bed and used headphones and trickling stream. And I suddenly felt extremely overwhelmed by everything and I kept having mini awake dreams which were like children's fever dreams, I'm lying in bed and in my head I get images of a woman sliding out from under my bed, I feel the sensation of insects crawling all over me, I could feel the bed wobble even though I was still, I could hear bangs on the ceiling and floor and walls even though I was wearing the headphones. Not gonna lie was a little freaky. If I wasn't listening to the sub I probably would have got up and put the light on for half an hour but I was telling myself that it was just the sub trying to bring fear to the surface.
Opinions Shannon or anyone? Is that normal. Used subs for years and never experienced anything like that before. But I dunno how the fear removal module works or how it feels
Firstly, this means that you are most responsive when you use masked format.
Second, this can be two things that I can think of.
1. Your subconscious is finally processing the FRM and executing it, or maybe can no longer resist executing it, and this is simply what you experience with that happening;
2. Your subconscious is trying to get you to stop using the program by trying to scare you into quitting.
The FRM is definitely doing something. And unless you stick it out, you won't get the intended benefits. So don't stop. I suggest you continue using the masked format for the majority of your usage time unless you find another format woks better.
