UM is already in DMSI from what I recall. I could be wrong though.

Yeah LTU would be amazing in 5.5g/6g. I haven't tried it myself but I have heard rave reviews from those who have.

In the Next Version of DMSI the wall should Close up Sleeping as a Resistance Measure, I didn't realize this but in order to comfort myself and not face my fears during E2, UD and now DMSI I would sleep Excessively. And not do anything, I rationalized it as giving the Subliminals time to process the information. Indescisiveness also is a big way that my mind resists the script, by not being able to make and stick to a descision, my mind delays me having to do anything indefinitely.

I've noticed some of that. It depends why it's happening. I can see some of it might be resistance, like a depression type response.

But some of it can also be needed due to the extra input. I mentioned in my journal one night I went to bed at 8pm and got up at 9:30am. I felt much better that next day after feeling horrible like I really needed the sleep. I've had that happen a few times with other programs too. In that case it's not an escape response.

I'm not really tired, it's just that I get scared and fearful and I go to my bed and take a nap in order to escape.

Might be, but everything in DMSI except for the SE module is working on DMSI's main goal, nothing else. Or that's what I recall Shannon saying - might be remembering that incorrectly though.

I am on the opposite, insomnia is most likely resistance here.

LTU as a 5.5G possibly in the near future? Oh yes! And I have been thinking about just that today.

The 5G version still is my all time favorite subliminal to this day.

Fingers crossed that it stays at the top of the cue to be upgraded.

Hi Shannon, when do you think LTU will be released by? because i was planning to buy LTU but i rather wait for the 5.5g one as it will be much powerful. also had some good reviews so I'm quite keen to use this.

I am not sure LTU will be getting an upgrade yet. But it is a possibility. If it happens, I don't know when. That will depend on the level of emergency that requires it to be built, if it is required. It may not be built until 6G, and it may end up getting built ASAP. I don't know yet.

I didn't say that. I just can't remember everything at once, since lately I have been burning the candle at both ends and I am becoming exhausted. And now I seem to be coming down with something... MIR is keeping it mostly at bay, but also adding to the exhaustion.

Shannon, I have very strong desire to run 3.1 to get the LRS back. This girl, E, is making me crazy. She was perfect in every possible way. Should I go back on 3.1 to see if I get any response from her?

I don't think that tiredness and sleepiness are resistance in most cases. This sub tries to alter not only your whole personality and beliefs but also your physical body (for example your pheromone signature and as some people reported there are other features that might change).

• I think our bodies need some additional rest to make all these changes (e.g. Altered gene expression that leads to altered protein formation needs energy while at the same time energy is pushed in your aura and into snipers and probably many different modules we dont even know ...).
  
  
• I think that vitamins and minerals and other building blocks (essential amino acids/fatty acids) are used up even faster while making those changes. (Temporary) Shortcomings in those building blocks could make us exhausted and sleepy.
  
  
• Since there is some detox in DMSI - I think that detox of our neurons could make symptoms of exhaustion, especially since many of us nowadays have heavy metals in our nervous sytems. Have you ever heard of detoxing with Chlorella/wild garlic and cilantro? If you pull out heavy metals from your nervous system with cilantro without clearing your connective tissue first - bad idea. Not sure if something similar can happen with DMSI (I think so because I only remember that it is supposed to detox the nervous system but not the whole body - but I might be wrong on that). Heavy metals can block enzymes and thereby slow important pathways in your body, exhaustion is a reasonable consequence of detox in that case.
  
  
• Our mind processes emotional problems while being asleep - so why would you be surprised about needing extra sleep while doing extra processing/healing through version A (or through Optimus Engine of Version B)?
  

--> I consider it unnecessary and even dangerous to fiddle about the need for sleep on DMSI.
