Yes I would consider myself a very stubborn personality type. PRA was a rough ride lots of tiredeness, stomach distress, sleepless nights but I cannot attribute all that to PRA. I had testicular cancer for second time I had to have surgery to remove my last testicle (no treatment), and the doctor's office kept pushing my post up appointment back so i literally went 5 weeks with zero testosterone, then I got my injections from another doctor where the levels weren't stable enough so then I went on testopellet on April 1. During that time I also broke a decade long daily energy drink habit (alot of days more than 1). I also had great stomach distress that is turning out to be H pylori (plus some other injections). So had alot of stuff happen the last few years on the other side of it with new doctors and working with functional doctors to clear, rebuild, and deflame digestive systems. But do fee l like it worked alot of stuff and helped focus on getting out of victim's menatlity on 2 of my biggest obstacles to unlocking my potential my lifelong digestive health issues and learning experiences hence MLS and investing in healthcare team and functional stuff (know that I'm making enough to afford some of it after 2 years of UMSv2)
It makes me sad to welcome you to the brotherhood of men who have had testicular cancer. I'm very sorry to hear you've had to go through that.
So I have some more questions for you.
First, how long did you run PRA, and did you use Non-Complex PTSD settings, or Complex PTSD settings?
What of your experience while running it would you attribute to it?
What do you note your personality type is stubborn in response to? And how likely are you to be stubborn to the point of self defeat/self destruction just to have things your way?
