How would we know when we’ve grown enough from your programs to use regular instructions instead of PTSD or cPTSD instructions?

I'm using the Grounding Shield and I'm amazed. I was trying to help a person but I was sick for a few days after each encounter. Now I'm fine, it is almost unbelievable.

Edit: Going through the journal discussion I’m glad to see there will be cPTSD instructions. I’ve cleaned my post now to avoid redundant questions.

First, you should have been diagnosed with complex PTSD before you try to use those instructions.  The only exception will be combat veterans, who are pretty likely to have complex PTSD, but I recommend that even they get diagnosed.

Second, you can use PTSD Recovery Aid whenever you like, as long as you have PTSD.  The tuning will not be as useful for general emotional and life cleanup as the variant that will be for that instead of PTSD.

I'm using the Grounding Shield and I'm amazed. I was trying to help a person but I was sick for a few days after each encounter. Now I'm fine, it is almost unbelievable.

I'm going to upgrade the Black Hole Shield, and there are other shields I am considering.  There is nothing I'm going to talk about  just yet beyond upgrading the BHS, though.

Shannon, when I was in my 20's, living in NYC. I used to use my version of the Jedi mind trick. No lie, telling the honest to God truth ,here.
I'd be coming home from work around 7:30 am ( I worked at night, loved it) I'd see certain people that I truly did not want to deal with , that early in the morning. I was ready to stop at one of the many diners, at that time,for a good breakfast.
I would focus on the "subject"intently, Emphasize, "You do NOT see Me" & really , really mean it and I swear to you ,every time I did that, they. DID NOT. See Me!!
I need to mention, I would "see them coming" way before they'd ever noticed Me!! When I didn't do this technique, I was spotted every time . Cover blown, talk me to death,etc,etc.
I'd love to see a shield, that causes people to not see you, on purpose, when you're out and about. That is a desire to not be seen by certain folks or a group , depending. A sort of on - off "invisibility" shield
I know it's a bit out there but hey so is the BHS. the stuff works for me. What say you? Too much, to complicated or down the road, maybe?

Totally a day-one purchase for me, I loved the effects of BHS in 5.xG and it would come in quite handy for the occasional use with 6G programs, definitely.

Ah, yes, the "invisibility cloak".  I have used that myself on occasion.  

I had actually considered building an invisibility cloak subliminal, but I decided not to because it could, and almost certainly would, be misused.  For example... shoplifting.  Mugging.  Stalking.  I don't care to help people do things like that.  Otherwise, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I do believe I actually did write a post with impressions!

FWIW, I think I only used it 2-3 times and then 6G came about. I remember experiencing a great sense of *relief* (I was running 5.xG OGSF/EHPRA with in-built grounding shields, and I was being constantly barraged by nonesense) and then I got a concerned call from my father, asking what's up and what I've been up to (as indicated in the program's description).

I'd use it in a heartbeat for protection/relief when beset by nonsense in response to my doings and public presence, as well as a break from DRSing.

I’ve never been diagnosed, but I’m pretty sure I had a very severe case of whatever I had. Perhaps it was some other form of severe trauma. I’m a lot better than I used to be, but I still have a lot of healing to do. If you think I shouldn’t use the cPTSD version though, I will use the standard.
