Okay, so PayPal is refusing to do the refund because of how old the order is.  Now I remember Ben telling me about this.

At this point, I can give you a gift certificate, but if PayPal is refusing the refund, I can't do much about that.

We will issue you a GC for the amount you would have been refunded.
