Have you tried hard clearing the phone's cache and browser cache, restarting the browser app, or restarting the phone?

Clearing the cache seemed to do the trick. Thank you, and I did not mean to turn you into tech support.

Sometimes, that's part of the job.  It's not like I haven't done it before, at this company and others.
