Hope all is well

Regarding Maverick- I did 6 months already in the past

And I was wondering if were to get back on would I continue at the same usage instructions of 20 mins using Hybrid

And is that hybrid via my iPhone speakers or via earbuds/headphones

After several months off, it's a good idea to start over again from scratch if you do not still have the benefits that Maverick brought to you originally.  If you do still have those benefits, then the usage patterns from the end are fine.  But you want to use the phone speakers.
