What's the best fear sub right now? 

OGSF v2.

If it feels too hardcore on first run, try EHPRA v6 (or v5) and then return to OGSF v2.

If you have questions about the subliminals, or how to better use them, I'm happy to help.  Otherwise, I don't have time to debate, and I'm not interested in doing so.

Learning to do this manually is not being discouraged.  I would encourage everyone to do so, in fact.  But the reality is that many, many people will not have the time, skill, patience, energy, desire, ability to maintain focus, or safe sources of knowledge or training to accomplish these things.  So for them, there are the subliminals I offer, along with the offerings of others.

I'd love if you could provide us some reading materials about this, some books or links. I tried to find them by myself in the past unsuccessfully.

I have found the classic shieldings in meditations: the bubbles, waterfalls, etc. For DRS I think you have to visualize a mirror.... But have not been able to find  anything more advanced than those...

You will most likely not find advanced shields in books.  Most of what you do find in books will be the very rudimentary stuff that is taught to novices in the formal training.  The "standard shield", the DRS, the NDRS, these are the simplest shields, but they're no joke if you create them properly.  I have seen people very nearly killed by having their curses rebounded by a simple DRS that required less than 5 minutes of time to erect and set.

Shields more advanced are usually not recorded as to how they're formed, and are typically only taught if you have access to formal training and your trainer knows how to erect that shield and is willing to teach it.  The truly advanced shields are rare to say the least.  They're usually unknown even in circles that study the manipulation of energy in accordance with the will.  Most people aren't really interested in studying the defensive arts, because the offensive arts are typically more exciting.  

I cannot provide you with books for the intermediate and advanced shields.  They're usually not even recorded in private notebooks.  They require you to locate someone who knows how to create and use them, who is also willing to teach.  That is a very tall order, unless you're clever enough to figure out how it's done.  I've never seen anything that didn't require calling on angelic beings for protection directly that was published, and was above the basic shields.  I do not put that short of shielding into subliminal form.

Before starting a run of Ultra Success, would it be better to run a subliminal for combating fear? I feel like I haven’t made real progress in my life—like the years are passing by without me moving closer to my goals. I know it’s my fault for not taking action, and it seems rooted in fear, procrastination, or laziness. I feel stuck and wonder if addressing fear first would help. Or maybe I'll then get the life tune up sub.

Is it better to focus on your fears or your success?  I say, go for US and see what happens.  Only if you find you are stopped by fear, do you need to focus on dealing with your fear.  You are going to learn a lot about yourself, running US for a few months.  And then you can decide.  But focus on what you want, not what you don't want.  Only if you need to, should you focus on removing fear.
