If the instructions coming out of the models stated 9 months, then it's going to require a minimum of 9 months for the majority to achieve the goals. That suggests that some will achieve it sooner, but most will need 9 months. Because realistically, the instruction set is going to take a long time to bring to physical reality, since it relies on causing your soft tissues to change.
