Shannon, on the website it is mentioned that we shouldn't play subs on our cell phones unless the cell phone has stereo capable speakers, and even then, it’s not a good idea. But you and a lot of people are doing it? I'm a bit confused...

That is referring to how to achieve maximum effect. It will still work in mono on a cell phone. It's enhanced in stereo.

I'm taking the rest of today off to try to get some rest, but I have been playing with various ideas for branching off of the first example of what I'm planning to build and release.  I officially start working on it tomorrow.

Ooo....I thought Sunday was your mandatory imposed rest day.

So whatever this is...it's dragging you out of that paradigm to start on it.

Thanks for laser focus Shannon, running loops now. Few questions:

-Should concentration skills continue to develop as we run the program so that eventually there’s no tiredness slumps? Will it be possible to hold a high level of concentration during all waking hours eventually, or should we make sure to listen when we need it most in the moment?

-Will it help boxing training to see things in slow motion, quieten the mind, calm nerves and make you feel more in connection with your body? Which of these effects, if any, would be most pronounced?

-Is it best to listen to it during training, or straight after loops finish so its in bloom?

-Is there any FRM? If so to what extent?

As this is a different direction for us and something I have been wanting to build for a long time but didn't have sufficiently powerful technology, I think I'll keep this one a secret until I release it. I have been working on being able to make this work since 2017, and now it appears I can finally make it work. When used as long term programming, it should become a constant baseline effect.  Voncentration and focus does require extra effort and energy, so it will burn through your energy faster than normal, but the long term effect is designed to be steady over the course of the day.  You may need more sleep time at night, but over time, it should result in a new baseline experience during the day with the tiredness resulting at a normal time.

Will it be possible to hold a high level of concentration during all waking hours eventually, or should we make sure to listen when we need it most in the moment?

"High level" is defined by the user, so I can't say.  But the more you concentrate, the faster you will use up your mental energy.  If you need more than the effect you get from long term usage, use it in the moment.

I don't know.  It is designed specifically to act as focus and concentration, and things like what you're describing may require a more complex subliminal.  But as the focus is on focus and concentration alone, you are going to have to answer this for me.

-Is it best to listen to it during training, or straight after loops finish so its in bloom?

You first need to understand how it affects you outside of training, both during long term and ITM usage.  Then you can use it during training, and compare them to determine which is best for your individual case.  In some people, it will be better to listen during training, and in others, ITM right before.  There will also be people for whom long term programming provides them with everything they want and need.  It will depend on how long you have been using it, how you are using it, the type of personality you have, the type of training you are doing and your specific goals for what you want to achieve.

-Is there any FRM? If so to what extent?

FRM is ON.  It is v4.8, and it is aimed at clearing the path to achieving the goals of the subliminal.

Yes, lets continue the guessing game regarding the new sub. Mine is this; it has more do with how others/effected change their behaviour, beliefs etc. than any other sub before. Them being focus in a way where you still get a lot of benefits as well (while Im sure there is programming to effect directly you the user as well, in order to capitalise fully on those changes). For example, make others relaxed/happy/agreeable/etc. around you, and in turn you find ease , control etc in various situations. Examples of usage: for dates, sales people, hypnotists etc. etc. or just for fun, socialising etc.

EDIT: Not sure how the possible violation of free will is avoided with this, but a sub something along those lines.

Because in 2017 you had an idea for this or similar sub then you didn't execute it. So I thought maybe now it's the time.

How about Lucid Dream Solution lol, or better yet; a lucid dream sub where, aside from your "normal" lucid dream experiences, you can not only direct your dreams but also experience creative solutions, and also all kind of other phenomena of your choosing (in dream, and reflecting back to reality as much as possible) by intent before each night, such as developing/training mental skills like memory or accelerates learning...possibilities are endless, but I will stop here before I go too far.
