Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5

Hi all, I've just bought Overcoming Fear V2, but was unsure whether you can use Shannon's meditation set alongside it? I usually finish work about 15:30 and generally meditate for an hour straight afterwards. I'd be running the sub at night, so there would be a fair few hours in between.

Any help would be much appreciated.
