Cycle 7, Day 5,

Feeling meek and unassuming; quiet when I speak. But sometimes no; depends on the situation.
Finally ran two loops today; had the time for that.
No real changes.
But, feeling the desire to develop a will of steel a la Alpha Male V5. I've watched the first two episodes of Cobra Kai.

At page 173/246 (70.3%). Been hitting it slowly. I've just finished the difficult section on evidence. Hope to get many pages Friday to Sunday. Got 8 pages done today.

Cycle 7, Day 7,

Feeling a little bit more confident. I walked into the gym and turned a girl's head. Felt more confident for the first 10 seconds, then I went back down to normal.

Beat my personal best for leg press (6 plates + 15 lbs on each side = 570 lbs?) and also surpassed my running on a treadmill (2.2 miles at about 6.7 miles/hour). I've been having problems with my knee while running; the joint itself has some pain. It flairs up after a run now; walking up/down stairs causes pain.
I could have run further if my knee hadn't flared up.

In terms of writing, I've reviewed 17 pages, but wound up skipping/cutting out 3 extra pages. I'm now at page 202/247. Will probably wind up cutting more material out as I go through this upcoming section.

Is today the day that I'll be stopping DMSI? I mean, the cycle still has 7 days to it, but that would only matter if I still wanted to get the results.

To answer my previous question: it appears so.
I'll call it quits with DMSI.
It's not the right time; still writing my book.
People have reacted to me differently than before, but it hasn't accomplished any of the goals from the program.

I'll take a few weeks off, and then being using Maximum Healing Speed. It plays into what I want and need from a subliminal at this point of my life.

Cycle 7 (end)

I've gotten to page 219/252 (the page number grows longer and longer at the end.

But, there is an 8-page outline that belongs in Book #3, so it can be cut away.
That makes 219/244 = 89.8%.

However, I need to write a reasonably long section, enough to fill a mini-chapter, with decent amounts of information. This means that I still have my work cut out for me. But, I'm moving along quite well.

I think that this will become streamlined once I cut away the parts that I've x-ed out and I re-structure the paragraphs that need to change.

Completed Draft #2 today. I didn't add my completing thoughts to the final chapter.

I have a feeling that it will take me longer to get this book out, in number of days, compared to last year's book.
Need to eliminate the parts I crossed out, then scan through and find paragraphs which belong in other chapters.

Completed 22/312 pages of Draft #3 today. That makes 7.1% of the whole book.
At this rate, I would be done in 14 days.
But, these first pages were the hardest, meaning that the rest of the book will be comparatively easier.

I've completed 40/308 pages of Draft #3. This makes 13% of the book.
I expect another 13 days left, or Sunday the 24th, for this draft to be done.
I'm noticing that a lot of the less controversial stuff is more or less good to go.
This pass is also accomplishing the formatting pass, for the most part.

I've gotten a total of only 50 pages today. Lost interest after that 10th page.
Was not focused today; listened to some good political commentary; bad idea for productivity.

Went to the chiropractor; I'm well on my way to getting better, but my body is inflamed; itchy scalp with lots of dandruff, skin outbreaks on my shoulders, and voice is shot to the point where I can't sing falsetto (i.e. swollen/inflamed vocal cords); the rest of my voice is fine. My chiropractor told me that these are all clues that my body is detoxing properly. That's good, but I'd like for this to be over soon.

I'm at page 79. Not bad for probability.
This skin issue is very annoying. Good thing is that I brought most of my detox supplements with me.
The scalp issue is much better.
