How many runs of AM did you do before embarking on SM ?

SM3 users, I hear a lot about increased dominance, sexuality, all that kind of shit. But what do you feel you've gotten as far as inner results? How do you feel after having ran SM3? What are your emotions like before and after?

During it: constant exhaustion and depression. And disappointment each time I felt no difference when out with girls. It actually ended up making me less confident about me and girls because of the lack of success on such an apparently powerful program and how bad that must mean I am. Made me question that either something was wrong with the sound files, or it was the wrong program accidentally mislabelled. I couldn't believe it'd be so ineffective...8 months of anticipation of running it, and thinking I finally had the answer to my girl problems all my life since like 12 years old.

After it: a lot of disappointment and regret in running it. And still now, incredible shock at how awful the run was and how badly that must mean I am with girls. Which has just further damaged my confidence.

End result: 3,610 hours listened, all headphones, max volume, out twice a week with attractive, available females. Still a virgin, never had a girlfriend, date or even a kiss, either before or during, or since the program. It's also made me become skeptical of magnets in current state.

Cause like I said, most people are like you. They don't believe in what they can't see and it's too farfetched for them to grasp. They have a choice not to believe in it and that's the decision they made, which is totally fine. I'm not trying to convince you lol.

I did one run of AM6 for 3370.5 hours, much more than most.

I had very good command of all bulletpoints, except ones to do with women. It was expected that I would need more time on a program specifically to do with women to progress in that area of my life, due to a lack of experience up to that point. So, I thought honestly, graded myself against the bulletpoints in my thread, and believed I was ready to progress to a magnet. Plus, I had the intention to do so from the start, so I made sure I had a VERY high amount of hours on AM6, to make sure my foundation would be as strong as I could get it. To improve my chances of having good command of bulletpoints at the end of my first run so I could move on. It was a process planned about 8 months in advance.

It turned out that I am an outlier somewhat. Men who have fear-related issues with women, will struggle to see results with magnets. Makes sense. However, I wasn't truly aware of the fact *I* have fear-related issues to do with them until it became obvious while I was stonewalling the program.

Armed with this new knowledge about the reason why the magnet failed, I am doing OF5G. If I choose to do another run after, I believe I could be much better prepared to get massive success from the program.

I think men should preempt the failure of a magnet, with a long term run of OF5G if they want the best results. It has far-reaching implications across life as well, not just with women.

Having read all the responses to psychic seduction I shall keep an open mind. I imagine just because a human cannot hear a dog whistle does not mean that the sound of the whistle does not exist its down to our limited ability to hear certain frequences. It could easily concluded that that the whistle cannot be heard therefore does not exist.

Catman sorry to here about your predicament. I gave up SM took a break and then began again from the beginning. No emotional upheavels so far. I am taking a supplement called alpha gpc which might have helped.

What I have noticed

1. Porn and masturbation is down to almost zero
2. Feel smoother in interactions with women
