1.How do i position the speakears when i sleep and what distance from my ears??
2.What if a neibourh or my folks turn on the music/or some form of sound in the morning while i'm still listening, would that have a negative effect?
3.I set the subs for usual time(8h), but what if i sleep for only 5 hours that night, what do i do?
1. Once you have calibrated volume, your subconscious mind will hear the same volume with the ultrasonic track that your conscious mind heads with the trickling stream track. So whatever distance from your ears is convenient, is fine, because the volume is set separately.
The closer the speaker (if you are using one speaker on each side of your head), the better the stereo separation will be. You must balance the distance and volume for comfort.
I sleep on my stomach(always have). One ear is pressed up against the pillow. How do i set the speakers on each side of my head?Does that mean left and right?
