I wrestled in high-school and did pro wrestling and cage fighting. The work outs in general for a wrestler are brutal at least mine was.
I still hold myself to a high level of intensity and even with a decent level of confidence many times it's easy to let your mind say "Well, I can rest today, yesterday was too hard."
I had to force myself many times to just workout.
OSC has made it to where every day is an optimal day for lack of better words.
My fitness clients have asked me what I've been doing lately to be so out going.
I told one client that she knows I'm 80% Happy all the time. She said yeah but it's 110% here lately.
Confidence changes everything and this OSC program is kind of a secret weapon.
With OSC It seems easier than usual to shrug off negative thoughts too.
That's my opinion and other users may get different results but OSC is great.
