Yeah thats most likely an issue then. I had alot of problems with porn, and it's probably been like a year or something since I looked at it and I still don't have my full sex drive back. It goes up and down but died for ages when I gave it up. But in general I feel way better.

I've noticed in general when my sex drive is higher I feel better about life in general and more 'alive'.. but then when it gets to a certain point it seems to trigger some fear, I haven't got past that point unfortunately. Overcoming porn addiction made a big difference but I didn't use it long enough.

WL6 and AM6 I feel have also helped me keep away from porn. It's the longest i've gone without it for years.

Actually, women lose interest in me only because I don`t push things in more sexual way. I hope that my WM run will help me to motivate myself to approach women with sexual intentions. I forgot to mention some changes in my appearance. I`ve lost some weight (18lbs), changed my hair cut adding some bad boy edge to myself, started wearing ring, necklace and bracelet. I`ve repaired my teeth at the dentist, I also bleached them. I`ve eliminated acne from my belly (I had it from about 15 years). Also I dress much better now. I`ve eliminated stench from my shoes and care about my hygiene much better. That`s all for now.

Also many old but strong guys from my neighborhood treat me with respect, just like their good, old buddy. That`s really cool. My time management has strongly improved, my motivation and energy levels have raised dramatically. I don`t feel any social anxiety and sometimes feel like I could walk the streets of my town completely naked. Weird feeling but I`m cool with that. I enjoy small talks with strangers and that was never an option for me. But the priceless thing is that I finally feel like a real Alpha Man, thanks to Shannon`s marvelous sub.

From month I socialise only 2-3 hrs per day before that I`ve socialised about 7 hrs per day. I think that socialization is crucial to attain great results with AM6 and, of course, Magnets. If you are asocial guys, you should force yourself to socialization unless you live into woods. During socialization you become more aware of your new thinking and behavioral alpha`s patterns and I presume that strongly fosters your alpha`s growth.

8h per day is minimum. You can run it during the night, when you sleep, at least you should.

I use 8h per day (night) and I`ve attained great results, besides, english is not my native language and 3 months ago my language`s skills were terrible
though I`m already there (completed all lacked bulletpoints) and I`ll run WM from 24.09.

Yesterday some cute hottie (9/10) looked at me and her gaze was full of interest and high intelligence and that made me feel a bit weird becasue it has never happened to me before. Normally, in this situation I would be confused and turn my eyes away but not this time. Couple minutes later she approached me and asked me quotidian question and I stayed calm but unfortunately I felt subtle urge to impress her a bit (I don`t know what for since she showed her interest) and that made my moves a bit unnatural, also I couldn`t break ice and engage her into fuller conversation. She seemed to feel a little anxiety due my a bit stiff attitude and told me that she has to go. Damn! I lost my flow and that`s why it went like that. I`m sure that WM will solve this kind of problems for me and next time I`ll interact with beautiful woman on my terms. Any way, I`m very pleased because so hot woman approached me and now I feel sooo attractive!
