I feel like DMSI gave me the motivation/desire/drive, but anxiety relief is the reason im actually approaching now. because the anxiety is low enough /diminished enough to not get in my way.

so ARA = amazing so far

Sounds like something I need. I want to approach badly but I feel so sick to the stomach even thinking about it. I've tried doing it drunk and even then the anxiety is so heavy I don't bother. It's so sad too as there are guys who can jump into war, sacrifice their life, defend, jump into a building, etc without hesitation and I can't approach.

How many loops of ARA do you do?

I used 6-7 loops at night and use it randomly during the day for few loops.

and no worrys man you will get there. My first approach i stuttered and fumbled so bad the chick felt bad for me. I was so embarressed. But a few approaches later I had already improved dramatically.

U just need to develope a style/plan that works well for your personality.

For my personality direct is best and I just be honest. I tell them what im thinking, my approach is usually, "I was walking and I saw you and i thought you were cute and wanted to meet you, hi im raykon"

If u get the eye contact strong seem confident and or relaxed.

it should go well.

anxiety is the only thing that will get in the way so yeah i think you would benefit from this sub.

also, allot of those guys like in the military im sure cant approach either.

The guys in the military may not beable approach but they can go out on the battlefield and put themselves in the line of fire. That is a true sign of courage when you put your life at risk. I could never do that and if I was forced to do so, I would most certainly wet my pants Wink

Keep in mind thor2014 that the men in the army are trained to be instinctively obedient. This is done through rigorous and repetitive parade ground drilling, where the soldiers march to their superiors orders. This conditions them over time.

If you were a trained soldier, you might still feel the fear and anxiety but you'd be conditioned to behave otherwise.

Your absolutely right my friend. Which begs the question to Raykon. Why are you comparing yourself to somone in the military ?. Its like comparing apples and oranges. Its all well that you are approaching women, I think it's fantastic but does that make you better then those in the military who may not beable to approach women like you ?. Does that make you better then a doctor who can perform heart surgery on someone who is about to lose their life ?.

I have friends who worked in the police, military and the field of medicine. They are absolutely amazing people who are in competent in their own chosen professions. Yet they would never approach a woman during the day. This does not make them any better or worse then me who can approach.

I was only comparing us to the military because I wanted to explain to Sully that even people who fight in wars and are tough in other aspects of life have difficulty approaching women.

So he understands the problem is universal.

I just read Sully's comment. I think his whole line of thinking is wrong

" It's so sad too as there are guys who can jump into war, sacrifice their life, defend, jump into a building, etc without hesitation and I can't approach. "

First he's beating himself up because he can't do something (lowering self esteem for no good reason). Just resolve to do better next time.

Second, he's comparing himself to other (in his eyes) "greater men" which again is a set up for failure. The only man you're competing with is you and who you were yesterday. Again, resolve to be better.

I'd suggest you thoroughly re-examine the way you evaluate yourself because judging from that comment its quite destructive.

This anxiety program is so strong and effective and im very happy I bought it. I am grateful to be using it and I can only see my life getting better and better from here on.

There are so many things in my life that anxiety was getting in the way of & now that the anxiety is dissipating I feel reborn. I feel like a new person almost.

I feel like I've willingly fallen into another chapter in my life & from here on everything in my life is going to be amazing.

I feel unbelievably good about myself & the future right now.

I've also never felt the level of NON NEEDYNESS that i am feeling right now. I almost give no *****.

I give very little ***** right now compared to the past when it comes to dealing with women.

well said. Yeah honestly I never really had a mean girl response yet ever but I would say most women are nice about rejecting guys,.

Overcoming the fear is so rewarding, i think it positively affects all areas of your life if you make it a part of your lifestyle.

More social, more charisma, more sex, happier, more confident and self assured.

Approaching is so healthy for guys to do imo. Its a shame more guys dont know about or do it.

Nothing better than getting what you want when you want

For once I feel like I have control over my life & direction it's headed.

like you said, I get what I want when I want now, and not only that, but i'm also in the power seat for once.

When you approach a women and have a strong initial reaction, they have more attraction right off the bat so you have more leeway and room for ***** ups for example over text or in person.

They have a higher value for you off the bat, versus someone who I wasn't direct with and doesn't think i'm confident.

for me personally direct game is the only way I can pursue woman effectively. Other ways are too much of a headache.
