Not everyone experiences negative results, so don't expect them just because some people experience them. If you do experience depression that is more than you can handle, or feel safe using, you can try the depression relief aid or see a doctor for help. If the depression relief aid is what you choose to try, and it does not help immediately, discontinue the program until the depression goes away, and consider seeing a doctor for help with it. You should never rely on the depression relief aid if you believe your depression is life threatening.
