Seriously, when the law of attraction is concerned you don't need to know the how. The universe can surprise in some pretty amazing ways, things your conscious mind can not even conceive.
You would feel inspired to all the action you need to do to meet your lover, naturally.
Trust me, I have manifested a lover through meditation and visualization, 1 min after I had finished. She actually walked into my room because my room mate left the door open (The only and first time ever he had done that). Soon as me and her locked eyes I KNEW.
My last long term relationship which lasted 5 years, I met through med/vis and it happen naturally exactly as I have said in my earlier posts. Yes very Disney like indeed, and I love that shit.
