Like my subconscious obsession with hearing loss.

Sorry for late response but yeah I also have some fear of hearing loss because of the Tinnitus I got from listening to useless subs years before I came here..

for me it differs from how worse it is most of the time it's doable for me. Hopefully yours will get better or atleast doable for you aswell..

Almost the same here, probably my epilepsy developed because of binaural waves on those audios, regarding tinnitus it looks like in my case is just anxiety, which has been decreasing because OFv4 maybe. in the worst case UH might be able to help.

Yeah when I was 3 years old (1993) I got an epileptic seizure and had to go to a hospital where my autism was discoverd and I got something for my epilepsy till I was 7 years old (1997) and I no longer needed it..

then 20 years later (2017) I used those binaural waves subs and then my epilepsy came back but ever since I came here in 2020, I hadn't got an seizure attack again, although I also had pills for it but still...

I'm sure those binaural waves had something to do with it.

Yeah I really hate binaural waves subs because of this.. 

I'm so glad Shannon almost never use it on his Experience models.

Day off 1 Cycle 24:

According to my private coach I start taking more initiatief with asking questions wich in the past I was to scared to do because I feared comming across as a dumbass (the fact someone at work pretty much made a comment to confirm it didn't help either)

and Appearently I also talk more (I really understand the others notice the difference more then yourself part now haha xD).

Although I did made a sassy comment back to my sister in law I never dared before haha. xD

But Still life really seems to push me to start using HOWL but the problem is I still have 3 month's left on OCF4 and I refuse to mess up my subs again!

So I will See how much time I can buy without it and hope it will be good enough. (cause my trial job has been expended for 2 more month's wich still leaves me with 1,5 month's before I can use HOWL)

Day off 2 Cycle 28:

Hey all, I have been out for a few weeks (fever) but despite that I still had a good christmas.

I also wanted to wish everyone a happy new year!

With only 2 more months to go on OCF4 (and 3 more days) to go (March 5th)

I have to say I'm happy with the results I got : )

things that aren't fixed are mainly because I still got myself stuck on sociale media and porn....

But I also noticed alot of my fear are based on lack of self love but sadly I have to Use HOWL next because life wants me to.. and like I said I still got 2 more months to go so I'm curious on what sort of results I will get on this new year : )

Day off 2 Cycle 31:

I have been really stressed lately wich also made me eat more and fapp more...

While I know stress comes from all places like my Job (self doubt about whether I'm good enough and get myself sick every mounth)

I'm slowly trying to change my life (I start for now with excersise twice a week)

Idk when I will be able to play D&D with my friends again.. and I'm sure my fapping and use of sociale media also doesn't help the sub

although it still working since it recently asked me to increase the loop with +1

but yeah I'm going to finish the 2 month's I get left and after that use Aura of Love like I originally planed in the first place (even more so since I need to kill reasons of why I eat alot first before I can use Howl and I found out I'm an emo eater so yeah..)

Cycle 35:

Hey Guys I have decided to stop ocf4 despite this being the last month..

I noticed recently alot of my fears are related to guilt and shame so I need to use that one (I'm now on a 7 day break and I will start it next sunday night)

Overall the main benefit of this journey was I take alot more initiative at my job and I came to realise I needed OGSF to fully complete this journey so I guess you can see that journale as part 2 of this one haha xD

cause the main point of this have not really been removed but more like reduced although I am happy that I talk with strangers in a less higher pitched voice

So yeah I guess I see you guys in my next journale.. wich will be alot more interessting for sure considering most of my problems will be fixed by it.

So I'm really looking forward to it
