October 20: they responded immediatly, They called me and they DEMANDED that I would remove the review first before I would get my money back (the money that I was supposed to get back 2 weeks before this..)
So I standed strong and told them No Give me back my money first! Then I removed it after a few pushes to change my mind they gave in, I got my money back and I DIDN'T remove the review because of there Horrible buisiness actions.
It also helped that I got some help from my friends: 1 who told me to keep an eye on the shop, 1 Who had experience with the law and stuff and 1 Who Improved my review..
So now I finally got my money back, The company also Demanded to keep my words but after all the BS I had to go trough I just blocked there whatsapp and now I'm living my life with proud that I finally got the strenght to stand up for my self.

Hey MrGnome, Why didn't you contact you credit card company to help you with this. It seems like a dispute. By law they have to cancel. You get time date and who you spoke with and request a cancellation #, if they give you a problem demand to speak with supervisor. You have every right to give them a bad review. They should like they don't really help there customer and take advange of them.
To be honest I dont had a lot of experience with this kind of thing because I used to avoid conflict in generale, But yeah this whole thing was messed up hence why they still got my review and I got my money back so I"m happy : )
