I think I will be running E5 or E6 after I'm done with UMS next year. I realized I still have a lot of anger, resentment, regret inside me.

I'm loving LTU6 Stage 7 which has E4 in it. I'm almost a month in. In general, my results have been that I've been happier, more positive about everything in life including learning concepts that I feel more discouraged about like SQL and Python. I'm still trying to become more disciplined with my concentration to learn, which i've only kept at 30 minutes per study session in the morning. I want to be able to study for 60-90 minutes in the mornings. I've been working out at the gym 5-7 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I've been eating healthier. I've been socializing a lot more and have been successful at it. I think E4 is working on previous hang ups that I have about girls, and I've become more self aware and comfortable conversing with people through my lens of self awareness and excitement. I've also adopted a growth mindset and I'm just a happier and emotionally healthier person. I'm going to run this longer than a month and evaluate after that. Hope this helps!

LTU6 has also been on my mind for quite some time too.
I tend to get apathetic/ upset/ depressed sometimes, even when I don't have reason to be so. And like you mentioned, hang ups I have with girls. I realized I was using sex as a way of receiving external validation, that's where my need to be with a lot of women came from.

Had a few dreams last couple of nights, but I wouldn't say they are linked to UMS.

Noticing a pattern how I almost always seem to end up with an empty wallet at the end of the month. Somehow, I always find ways to spend my money and never get to saving money. I do not spend it recklessly, but end up buying/ paying for a lot of things: app store subscriptions, private Discord server, clothes, supplements...
Ever since I got my first job, I would often end up without money before my next salary came.
When I was in college, I received money from my parents. I would often gamble it away and would have nothing to eat for a few days.

Focused on optimizing/ handling my health-related problems. Not much else happening. People with high energy levels and optimal health have no idea how lucky they are.
Still following the same listening pattern for UMS.

Had a dream last night that I was throwing a party for my birthday, and some of the people who came(ex-colleagues from high-school) were ignoring me and not giving me any attention. At the end of the party, I was robbed of money and my DSLR camera was stolen.

Significance: fear of not being validated, fear of losing my money.

Last night, I decided to increase the volume from 10/16 back to 13/16. Slept fine. Also having an impulse to increase the number of loops from 3 to 4.

Had 2 dreams last night. One was a sex dream, the other one I was at a new, better job and thinking back about my previous job

At the end of the month, I will have been running Stage 4 for 3 consecutive months. Then I will go back to Stages 1-2-3. I'm probably going to be on UMS2 for the whole year.

6 months of UMSv2 completed! Resisted the temptation to switch subs, and decided to commit for a whole year(12 months).
I started Stage 1 again last night and accidentally did 7 loops.
