AM is about you, internally becoming stronger within yourself. To do that, you need to stop worrying about, focusing on, caring about distractions externally, including women. AM aims to focus you internally on your own growth and advancement. When you do, the growth happens - but some things fall away. It's not permanent that they fall away, it's just a matter of where you are focusing. Right now you are focusing internally, on self improvement.
