Thank you.  Thanks to MIR the vast majority of it is just being loopy as hell (you may have noticed, heh) and being tired as hell.  The rest of it is minor.  But appreciated nonetheless.

MIR is unlikely to be released to the public ever again, because the public isn't smart enough to read and follow the directions, which in this case could get someone killed.  I'm not going down because someone else is stupid.  So in the future, I'll be trying to get the medical establishment interested in it, but good luck with that.

 MY "Vibe" on this,though, is that when Shannon is about to discover/uncover/Make a major break through, something "Hits" Him &  He's temporarily ,down for the count, That has happened numerous times, over the years. This seems no different.

Interesting.  I have noted that over time, I seem to be getting sick more and more frequently.  Not sure why.

Hi Shannon,
during my AM7 S0 6.5G run I am frequently (2 or more times per week) waking up at about 3 am and then have trouble falling asleep again. Can I use your program "Sleep Magic (Brainwave Entrainment Only)" to help me return to sleep without interrupting AM7?
It's just I have to be able to function at work and am looking for solutions. I'm open to other suggestions as well.

PRA it is. I haven't felt FRM in 6.5g. Hopefully the new tech + me having moved on from believing fear is needed for survival will help.

I'm intrigued by the Aura of Love (AOL). I know it's been previously said that AOL is great for improving things within relationships. I have quite a conflict prone family outside myself and my partner, and I wonder if I got it for us both, if that could actually help create a household environment of love and healing i.e. have spillovers both to the kids and extended family through the Aura of Love?

Separately I accidentally let the X4A2600 subscription refresh, as I couldn't find how to pause or cancel form my phone. I managed from my laptop. Would it be possible to switch it to PRA and pay the difference? if not no worries, happy to play around with X4A a little longer

Aura of Love is 5.11G and is very good for what it is, but desperately needs an upgrade.  In it's current form it can improve relationships, but is not a magic wand.  If you had your entire family listening (or just you and your spouse) it would likely produce a significant improvement in interpersonal interactions, but it depends on the personality type as to how this plays out.  It can positively affect everyone in contact with the energy.

I had my first three nights on PRA. it's nice to feel the avenues to self possession start to unblock again, and to start to imagine a life without being hampered by so much negativity. I'm seeing how shame and guilt is constantly used as a threat in my family, and that I carry that. 

My first thought is a life without shame, fear, guilt. With the bodily trauma healed, and with love radiating. Being motivated by curiosity, adventure, and a sense of place in contribution to the world - and really to see reality as it is, rather than endlessly distorted through this need for survival. I can't think of a higher way of living.  

But I also see how that freedom will be threatening to many people in my life, and people I encounter - perhaps thats why I have feared losing shame and guilt so much. I'm game for it. I think DRS in the background allows me to feel more secure in healing.  I'll be playing from my phone while I sleep, it might be the case there are spillover effects to my partner which I have warned her about, though without exposure I already see her relaxing in her body more - being more creative and problem solving rather than going instantly to worry - it's remarkable to see, because that's not been her nature before. I wonder if it's just a response to me or TID. 

Still - early days. I feel like things can start rosy but hit hard walls so I won't be complacent.

@Shannon Does the "taking you apart" of AM7 get easier for each subsequent run through? Or does the program have less to take apart the more you run the set as a whole? Assuming it's depending on how much of each stages goals you're aligned with?

Just woke up again in the middle of the night. I'm giving Sleep Magic a shot now.
